PET Bottle Washing and Recycling Line-from PET bottles to clean PET flakes
The PET bottle recycling plant takes dirty bottles and transforms them into clean PET flakes. This is an export commodity which can be sold and used for many creative applications. And the flakes can be further processed and reutilized with high commercial value.
The production capacity we can make on the PET Bottle washing and recycling line can be 300kg to 3000kg per hour.
The line main purpose is intent to get the clean flakes from the dirty even mixture bottles or bottles slice during dealing with the whole washing line. And also get clean PP/PE collection, labels and paper chips etc dirty collection. All the wasted water is recycling use by Water Treatment System in the washing line.
